If you decide you would like to place an order with Luxury fitted Wardrobes after speaking to one of our sales agents, please have the following information ready as it will help us process your order, however, we will be delighted to answer any queries you may have.
Here are some of the most common questions for you to consider:
Can access be gained easily for the furniture to be delivered? – are the doors wide enough, are there any awkward stairs, lift or passageways?
Will the furniture fit in the room?
Which range are you interested in?
What colour would you like the furniture in?
How would you like to pay for the furniture?
Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
It is important that you appreciate and understand that this order is a legally binding contract. Your statutory rights, including any cancellation rights, are unaffected.
Colours Shown on images/ Pictures can look slightly different on mobile phones and Monitor screens etc. or even with or with out flash on off when taking the images.
If you are unsure or want to confirm its best to check the sample book in store or ask a member of staff to show you the material itself that will be used ( if available).
You will be informed of the likely approximate length of time until delivery at the point of order. Sliding Door orders take on average 4 weeks. Once your order is confirmed as available for delivery we will contact you to agree definite arrangements for the date of delivery. Where possible we will deliver on the first available van in your area. Every effort is made to see that the approximate delivery date is accurate, but on rare occasions the manufacture of your furniture may be delayed through circumstances beyond our control. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.
On the day of delivery, please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the room that the furniture is going into. Please make sure that the area you want the furniture placed is cleared. Our delivery team will unpack your furniture, install it in the room of your choice and if you wish we will remove all packing materials from your home and recycle wherever possible. To make sure you are completely satisfied with your furniture the delivery team will ask you to sign for your furniture after it has been installed.
Any shortage of or damage to goods that should have been obvious on delivery must be notified to LFW within 30 days of delivery.
Payment methods include debit or credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect or Maestro and Bacs Bank Transfers. When placing orders a deposit of around 50% is required and all outstanding balances must be cleared before delivery can take place.
For security and safety reasons our delivery personnel are not permitted to collect any payments on delivery unless agreed prior to delivery.
Any Balance that remains unpaid after 7 days of installation / Delivery may occur further charges. Deposits Paid for any made to measure or special order items are non refundable.
Finance agreements in respect of credit sales will be fulfilled when the delivery of all items has been made.
Please contact the store where you made your purchase immediately, and inform them. They will discuss the options with you. If your order is being made specially, it may not be possible to cancel it with the supplier, and this will result in a minimum 20% restocking charge being applied. Stock order cancellations may incur an administration charge.
For distance selling (online), as the customer, you are allowed to return the item if you change your mind. You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place the order online, up until 14 days from the day you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of cancellation to return the goods.
With regard to faulty goods, you have the right to reject the goods if they are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned Furniture World will cover the courier costs.
Covid-19
During Covid -19 there is a shortage and delay for many items. Please ask before making a urgent purchase as some of our manufacturers have a back log and delay with orders. This is not within our control.
